To parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) This website, launched in December 2016, was initiated by the Special Needs Groups Task Force under Commission on Poverty, with The Hong Kong Council of Social Service as operator responsible for content development and site administration. Bringing together professional insights and community resources, as well as sharing from SEN children and their parents, we hope to support you through your parenting journey and brave the long obstacle race ahead together.
We have complied different kinds of social resources for your reference, including those provided or subvented by the government, non-subvented self-financing ones, as well as mutual/self-help efforts.
